摘要：針對(duì)塑料骨輪薄壁的特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了一副具有側(cè)抽芯功能的模具，并介紹了該模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作過程以及注射模的設(shè)計(jì)方案、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)注意的問題，并對(duì)澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算作了較詳細(xì)的闡述。
根據(jù)注射模的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)要求，以及尺寸等各項(xiàng)因素。該注射模采用了一模一件的模具結(jié)構(gòu)和脫件板頂出裝置。根據(jù)注射模和注射機(jī)的關(guān)系選擇注射機(jī)和確定塑件的注射工藝參數(shù)。注射模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括分型面選擇、確定型腔的排列方式、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和成型零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
