摘 要
本題目的設(shè)計(jì)是典型端蓋沖裁復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)了復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟、內(nèi)容、及模具向精密、高效的方向發(fā)展。通過本模具的設(shè)計(jì)，在加強(qiáng)模具基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)運(yùn)用的同時(shí)，也讓生產(chǎn)與理論有了模擬的結(jié)合。
本倒裝復(fù)合模的設(shè)計(jì)，首先是根據(jù)制件的尺寸、精度要求，原坯料的性能以及該制件的生產(chǎn)批量等因素去考慮模具主要工作零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸的制造精度。在確定模具主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)型式后，從考慮模具的結(jié)構(gòu)及模具在工作中各工序先后，去選擇或確定條料的定位、導(dǎo)向，廢料的排卸等機(jī)構(gòu)。
本模具的先后動(dòng)作，不但要考慮到制件的形位精度、工人的操作方便，還要考慮到模具制造生產(chǎn)的可行性及生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的性能等生產(chǎn)條件的限制。在考慮這些主要因素后，設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)較合理、操作簡(jiǎn)單的模具。
