DZ217單片機(jī)溫度傳感器,dz217,單片機(jī),溫度傳感器 摘要為保證倉庫日常工作的順利進(jìn)行，首要問題是加強(qiáng)倉庫內(nèi)溫度與濕度的監(jiān)測工作。但傳統(tǒng)的方法是用濕度表、毛發(fā)濕度表、雙金屬式測量計(jì)和濕度試紙等測試器材，通過人工進(jìn)行檢測，對(duì)不符合溫度和濕度要求的庫房進(jìn)行通風(fēng)、去濕和降溫等工作。這種人工測試方法費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力、效率低，且測試的溫度及濕度誤差大，隨機(jī)性大。因此我們需要一種造價(jià)低廉、使用方便且測量準(zhǔn)確的溫濕度測量儀。本系統(tǒng)研制了以 PC 機(jī)為控制核心，基于 AD590 及 HS1100 傳感器的溫度和濕度自動(dòng)檢測系統(tǒng)。這個(gè)系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)靺^(qū)內(nèi)每個(gè)庫房中各倉位的溫度及濕度的變化情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)檢測，一旦出現(xiàn)異?，F(xiàn)象便于及時(shí)處理，有效地提高了事故的預(yù)見性和工作效率。本系統(tǒng)由 AD590 及 HS1100 進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集，經(jīng)過 MC14433 對(duì)采集到的模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行數(shù)模變換，在單片機(jī) 8031 基本系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，并具有實(shí)時(shí)顯示及報(bào)警等功能。通過計(jì)算機(jī)控制可以實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)分離，節(jié)省人力物力，且本設(shè)計(jì)造價(jià)低，是比較理想的溫濕度檢測系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞： 單片機(jī) 溫度傳感器 濕度傳感器 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換 顯示Abstract For guaranteeing the warehouse daily smoothly progress, the major problem is to enhances the monitoring of the temperature and the humidity inside the warehouse . The traditional method is to use testing devices of Hygrometer, Hair Hygrometer, Double Metals measuring and Humidity Paper etc. Passing the labour power proceed examination, to match with the temperature and humidity requesting to proceed ventilating, reducing the Damp and the temperature etc. This kind of artificial testing method Wasted a lot of time and the efficiency is very low,and the error is big. Therefore we need a kind of device that is the price cheaply, usage Conveniently and accurated measure the temperature and the humidity .The design of this system is consist of to the machine of PC that as to control core, according to AD590 and HS1100 measure automatically the temperature and the humidity.This system can be getting to the automatic examination for the variety circumstance between the temperature and the humidity of every areas inside the warehouse, once appearing the abnormality phenomenon is easy to handle,therefor the system increases effectively the prediction of the accidents and the work efficiency.This system is proceeded by AD590 and HS1100 the signal collects, through MC14433 go to transformation the signal from simulation to figure, And handling the signal in the 8031 of the MCU basic systems. And the system also has the functions of alarm and the display.Passing the controling of computer not only can make separation between mans and the machine, and aslo saving the resources of the manpower and the materials,and the design builds’s price is very low.
