模具產(chǎn)業(yè)日新月異，隨著模具工藝的改善和逐步的精簡，模具向著產(chǎn)業(yè)化方向進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。日趨完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈促使模具向著規(guī)?；夯较虬l(fā)展。這推動(dòng)了一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，包括：上游產(chǎn)業(yè)（一些原材料產(chǎn)業(yè)），中游產(chǎn)業(yè)（模具生產(chǎn)）和下游產(chǎn)業(yè)(模具的消費(fèi)產(chǎn)業(yè))。
本文通過用CAD/CAM軟件對(duì)文件盒進(jìn)行注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)。先用SolidWorks對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行3D建模，考慮到塑件的工作環(huán)境和材料經(jīng)濟(jì)性，此處文件盒選用聚丙烯（PP塑料），在確認(rèn)過模具的結(jié)構(gòu)后用CAD軟件繪制模具的總裝圖和重要零件圖。
對(duì)于注塑機(jī)的選擇，參照《塑料成型工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)》一書中的選擇方式，先選出
注塑機(jī)XS-ZY-500，再對(duì)注射機(jī)進(jìn)行參數(shù)校核。
通過本篇設(shè)計(jì)說明書中的設(shè)計(jì)，通過圖紙和零件結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算，能夠及時(shí)地發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的問題，從而能夠準(zhǔn)確地指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)，從而提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Abstract
Mold industry with each passing day, as the improvement of the mold process and gradually streamlining, mold to the further development of industrialization of direction. In this paper, by using CAD/CAM software for injection mold design file box. With SolidWorks 3 d modeling was carried out on the plastic parts, considering the plastic pieces in the working environment and material economy, where the file box choose polypropylene (PP) plastic, after confirm the structure of the mould CAD software draw the final assembly drawing mould and important part drawing.
For the choice of injection molding machine, reference book of plastic forming technology and die design of choice, to choose first XS-ZY-500,The injection machine parameters checking again.
Through this design the design specification, and by drawing and parts of the structure of the design and calculation, the product can be found in a timely manner, so that they can accurately guide the production, so as to improve production efficiency.
