摘 要
汽車(chē)電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(EPS—Electric Powered Steering)是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新型轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是由電子控制單元根據(jù)傳感器采集到的信號(hào)來(lái)控制助力電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)助力轉(zhuǎn)向的功能,EPS除了具備液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器的轉(zhuǎn)向輕便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)之外,它還具有轉(zhuǎn)向平穩(wěn)、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等一系列特點(diǎn),因此,EPS取代液壓動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)勢(shì)在必然。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)在EPS的研究和產(chǎn)業(yè)化方面還比較落后,沒(méi)有形成具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的EPS產(chǎn)品。因此,開(kāi)展對(duì)EPS的研發(fā)上作具有重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。
本文在分析、總結(jié)現(xiàn)有電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上,以提高系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠性與達(dá)到更好的助力效果為目標(biāo),開(kāi)發(fā)了以STC89C52為微處理器的EPS控制器。硬件上結(jié)合單片機(jī)的資源,對(duì)電路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括外圍電路以及單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)。軟件上并結(jié)合硬件電路,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的程序,提高了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行可靠性。
最后,總結(jié)論文工作中涉及的一些問(wèn)題,并給出對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了討論,形成了未來(lái)的研究方向和工作目標(biāo)。

ABSTRACT
Electric power steering system(EPS) is a new developing direction of Power steering system in automotive.The principle of EPS is the assistant motor works according to the measured torque and vehicle signals.So that Dower steering can be realized.Besides EPS has the light steering torque like Hydraulic Power Steering (HPS)system,it has many other characteristics such as steering placidly,low energy consuming,environment protecting and so on.Therefore it is a certain tendency that EPS being instead of HPS,But at present.the R&D of the domestic EPS is behindhand.a(chǎn)nd a11 the EPS used in vehicles has no independent knowledge property right.Therefore it is very important in academic and practical significance in R&D of EPS.
On basis of summary,analysis of the system,a EPS controller based on STC89C52 Was developed in order to improve the reliability and performance of system.With MCU hardware combined resources to circuit design, including peripheral circuit and single chip minimize system improvement. Software and hardware circuit, design with the corresponding program and improve the operation of the system reliability.
Finally,a summary of works involved in the thesis is given and some problems for the future are discussed,which forms the objectives for future research and works.
