I摘 要組合機床是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量通用部件為基礎,配以少量專用部件組成的一種高效專用機床。目前,組合機床主要用于平面加工和孔加工兩類工序。由于組合機床進行加工能夠進行多工位加工,提高自動化程度,縮短加工時間和輔助時間。而且組合機床大部分都是由通用部件組成,研制周期較短,便于設計,制造和使用維護,成本低。而且機床易于改造,產(chǎn)品和工藝變化時,通用部件還能重復利用,經(jīng)濟性較好。而且其生產(chǎn)效率高,加工精度穩(wěn)定,自動化程度高,使工人勞動強度降低。所以組合機床在大批量生產(chǎn)中的應用十分廣泛。由于本次加工的零件為變速器箱體,為大批量生產(chǎn),而且所要加工的孔較多,本次設計的組合機床主要就是對汽車變速器上蓋的孔進行加工。本次設計主要繪制組合機床的“三圖一卡” ,即被加工零件工序圖,加工示意圖,機床尺寸聯(lián)系圖。通過繪制三圖一卡,選擇機床的刀具,切削用量,夾具形式,配置形式,通用部件和專用部件等等。三圖一卡是設計組合機床的重要組成部分。關鍵詞 組合機床;鉆孔;三圖一卡IIAbstractThe assembly machine processes is according to the requirement of work pieces , and it is made of a lot of general use parts and a little exclusive use parts and it is a kind of a efficiently production machine. The present, assembly machine tool primarily is used in making the plane surface and the apertures.Because the assembly machine tool can process some parts together ,so it can boost to automate extent, and shorten the time of process,And that assembly machine tool is made of a lot of general use parts, short the time of design, and it is convenient for designing, fabrication , the cost is low. And the machine tool is apt to be reconstructed, When the technics route changes, the general parts can be reused again, so we use assemble machine tool is economical .And because of high production efficiency, the accuracy of process, the stability of it's result, the automation extent higher, and so it can debase the strength of the people.So large numbers of assembly machine tools are applied in the machine industrial.Due to the processing of parts for transmission case, for mass production, but also need to machining hole is more, the design of modular machine tool is mainly for auto transmission cover hole processing.This design mainly draw combination machine tools of figure 1 "Three figure one card", which is process diagram, processing parts processing schematic drawing, machine size connection diagram.
