摘要本論文是根據(jù)實(shí)際的需要設(shè)計(jì)出骨輪的注射模。在設(shè)計(jì)中采用的是聚甲醛的塑料,成型的方式為一模兩腔,分析了產(chǎn)品的工藝性,確定了塑料的工藝參數(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)方案,以及它的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和具體結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行了一些必要的尺寸計(jì)算和強(qiáng)度校核。本文還對(duì)分型面、澆 注系統(tǒng)、側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、 頂出機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)和溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì),完成了模具三維設(shè)計(jì)和工程圖設(shè)計(jì)。通過設(shè)計(jì),綜合應(yīng)用了大學(xué)期間的多數(shù)基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)知識(shí),加深所學(xué)知識(shí)體系,掌握了應(yīng)用 Pro\E 進(jìn)行塑料模具的 設(shè)計(jì)方法和技巧,熟悉了工程應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:注射模 塑料 成型 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)AbstractThe present paper actual completes the plastic injection mould of gulun according to the practical necessary. Uses the POM plastic injection in the design to take shape, the formation way is a mold two cavities. The paper concretely studies product’s technology capability, and determines the formation equipment and the designing concept. Else, it determines the gross construction, each effective range concrete structure and carries on some essential size computation and the intensity examination. The paper also designs the halving-profile, the irrigate system, shuck institution, temperature adjust system and other systems. Finally, it completes the triaxiality models and the schedule drawings of the mould.Through this design, we have applied the university period most foundations and the specialized knowledge, deeply studies the knowledge system, have mastered the methods and skills of designing plastic mould with Pro\E, and have been familiar with the project application design.Keywords Plastic injection mould Plastic Forming structure design
