摘要本論文是根據(jù)實際的需要設(shè)計出骨輪的注射模。在設(shè)計中采用的是聚甲醛的塑料,成型的方式為一模兩腔,分析了產(chǎn)品的工藝性,確定了塑料的工藝參數(shù)和設(shè)計方案,以及它的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和具體結(jié)構(gòu),并進行了一些必要的尺寸計算和強度校核。本文還對分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)、側(cè)抽芯機構(gòu)、頂出機構(gòu)、脫模機構(gòu)和溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)進行了分析設(shè)計,完成了模具三維設(shè)計和工程圖設(shè)計。通過設(shè)計,綜合應(yīng)用了大學(xué)期間的多數(shù)基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)知識,加深所學(xué)知識體系,掌握了應(yīng)用 Pro\E 進行塑料模具的設(shè)計方法和技巧,熟悉了工程應(yīng)用設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:注射模 塑料 成型 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計AbstractThe present paper actual completes the plastic injection mould of gulun according to the practical necessary. Uses the POM plastic injection in the design to take shape, the formation way is a mold two cavities. The paper concretely studies product’s technology capability, and determines the formation equipment and the designing concept. Else, it determines the gross construction, each effective range concrete structure and carries on some essential size computation and the intensity examination. The paper also designs the halving-profile, the irrigate system, shuck institution, temperature adjust system and other systems.
