摘 要
包裝機行業(yè)是我國的一個新興產業(yè)，它產生于改革開放之初，并且在上世紀末開始了蓬勃發(fā)展。經過二十多年的飛速發(fā)展，我國的包裝機行業(yè)取得了長足的進步，但由于起步較晚，與國外同行業(yè)相比仍有一定的差距，而這種落后主要體現(xiàn)在包裝機的精度、電器控制系統(tǒng)、機電一體化的程度等。本論文主要對國內外包裝行業(yè)的歷史、現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進行了闡述。論述了旋轉工作臺式真空包裝機的市場應用價值，描述了其工藝過程，并在現(xiàn)有的真空包裝機的基礎上，著重對其旋轉的工作方式進行了詳細的分析和說明，并對其機械部分結構進行設計，對各類工件進行了計算及驗算。闡述了其工作過程和主要機構及核心部件的工作原理和工藝過程，并且在滿足使用要求的基礎上大大提高了工作效率。

ABSTRACT
In china ,the manufacturing of packaging machine is a quiet new industry .During last twenty years of development , Chinese packaging machinery industry has made substantial progress, but due to a late start compared with the same industry abroad a certain gap, and this backwardness is mainly reflected in the accuracy of the packaging machine, electrical controlsystem, the degree of mechanical and electrical integration. This thesis focuses on the history, status and development trend of the packaging industry at home and abroad are described. The rotary desktop vacuum packaging machine market value, describe its process, and on the basis of the existing vacuum packaging machine, focusing on their rotating work out a detailed analysis and description. Described the course of their work and the main institutions and the core components of the working principle and process. Meet the requirements on the basis of greatly improved work efficiency.
