線卡塑料注射成型工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要：從塑料材料的性能分析，根據(jù)塑件的基本形狀和尺寸入手，合理選擇注射的成型方法。通過對(duì)塑件工藝性的分析和對(duì)模具生產(chǎn)條件及制造水平的掌握，制定出成形工藝卡。在制定出成形工藝卡以后，開始進(jìn)行模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。其中模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程包括：型腔的數(shù)目和位置的確定，模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)形式設(shè)計(jì)，動(dòng)模及定模成形零件尺寸的確定，澆注系統(tǒng)形式及尺寸的確定，脫模方式的確定，調(diào)溫及排氣系統(tǒng)的確定，模架的選擇待以上各步湊完成以后，便開始繪制模具的結(jié)構(gòu)草圖，根據(jù)具體尺寸校核注射模具及注射機(jī)的有關(guān)尺寸，并對(duì)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行核定和計(jì)算。然后繪制模具總裝配圖，按裝配圖繪制成型零件及所有需要加工的零件工作圖，同時(shí)考慮零件的加工工藝。

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS AND DIE DESIGN OF LINE CARD
Abstract：From the plastic material performance analysis, according to the models’ basic shape and the size , reasonably selects a method of injection of taking shape . Though to analyse the process of models and the mold working condition and manufacture level grasping, formulates the formed craft card. After make the formed craft card, starts to carry on the structural design of the mold . Mold structural design process includes: The cavity number , the position determination, the mold overall structural style design, moves the mold and decides the mold forming components size the determination ,pours the system and the size determination, after the drawing of patterns mode determination , adjusts warm and the exchaust system gas completes, then starts to draw up the mold the structure schematic diagram, according to the specific size examination injection mold and the injection computer related size, and carries on the checking and the computation to the craft parameter. then the plan mold assembly drawing, takes shape the components and all needs to process, simultaneously considers the components the processing craft.
