Underground cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer design
Abstract: In order to make the oil drilling work in the best conditions, the reducer often is equipped between the prime mover and working machine. At present, the underground transmission device mainly consists of NGW type planetary gear reducer, the fixed axis gear reducer. In the circumstances, the small gear modulus lead to the shortage of gear tooth bending strength, or stable transmission performance is low, or the inertia force is not easy to be balanced. Due to the factors, its application be limited. The Cylinder sine the oscillating tooth gear reducer is a new few teeth difference planetary gear drive mechanism, and has the advantages of small volume, small size, large transmission ratio, compact structure, large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency. The advantages meet specific requirements of petroleum underground reducer drive device.
In the course of the study, this paper mainly deduce and calculate the meshing characteristic and stress analysis of Cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer and establish the continuous motion conditions of formula, the formulas of transmission ratio, the equation of space tooth surface, the principal curvature equation, the equation of space force and the contact stress equation. In order to put the cylinder sine oscillating tooth reducer into underground turbine drill, combining drilling work environment, the paper study underground mechanical seal and underground lubrication of Cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer. A three-dimensional model be based on the theory of Cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer, using ANSYS Workbench to make static analysis and model analysis of Cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer.
