五邑大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)I摘要風(fēng)能是可再生能源,世界各國(guó)越來(lái)越重視風(fēng)能的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用。在風(fēng)力資源豐富地區(qū),最好選擇風(fēng)機(jī)額定設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)速與當(dāng)?shù)刈罴言O(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)速相吻合的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)小型風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用在我國(guó)己經(jīng)相當(dāng)普遍,目前依然有很大的應(yīng)用前景。本文設(shè)計(jì)5KW小型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),采用目前國(guó)內(nèi)外流行的款式以及領(lǐng)先的技術(shù),可以達(dá)到高的“性價(jià)比”,具有一定的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在形式上,葉片是風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)的核心部件,依風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸的方向分水平軸式和垂直軸式兩種形式。水平軸式風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)葉輪需隨風(fēng)向變化而調(diào)整位置,還要考慮大型葉輪的動(dòng)平衡問(wèn)題,垂直軸式風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)葉輪不必隨風(fēng)向改變而調(diào)整位置,也沒(méi)有葉輪的動(dòng)平衡問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)較為簡(jiǎn)單,但其系統(tǒng)抽取風(fēng)能系數(shù)小,同等發(fā)電量下葉片尺寸大。本設(shè)計(jì)采用三葉片的水平軸機(jī)構(gòu)形式,葉片采用高強(qiáng)度、低重量流行的玻璃鋼材料,有防腐、防酸雨、防鹽堿的特性。風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)選用釹鐵硼永磁發(fā)電機(jī),超載能力強(qiáng),電機(jī)的體積小,重量輕且發(fā)電效率高。偏航方式采用尾翼自動(dòng)風(fēng)向調(diào)節(jié),超強(qiáng)風(fēng)控制功能,提高接受風(fēng)能的效率。限速方式采用自動(dòng)偏側(cè)限速,對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)有保護(hù)作用。充電方式采用智能充電控制。塔架形式采用拉索鋼管形式,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單且穩(wěn)定,際占地面積少,對(duì)土地要求低,在山丘、海邊、河堤、荒漠等地形惡劣的條件下均可運(yùn)用。本文設(shè)計(jì)的5KW小型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組擁有穩(wěn)定的使用可靠性。在葉片的材料、發(fā)電機(jī)選用的永磁材料和防水、防銹性都具有先進(jìn)的技術(shù),整套機(jī)組安裝,使用簡(jiǎn)單,維護(hù)方便,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)的目的。關(guān)鍵詞 風(fēng)力發(fā)電;永磁;玻璃鋼(關(guān)鍵詞是供檢索用的主題詞條,應(yīng)采用能覆蓋論文主要內(nèi)容的通用技術(shù)詞條)五邑大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)IIAbstractWind energy is a renewable energy, the world is increasingly paying attention to the development and utilization of wind energy. In areas where there are abundant wind resources, its the best way to choose wind operators whose rating wind speed fits closely with the best local wind speed. Small wind generators are widely applied in China, yet theres still a bright future for them. This paper describes the design of a 5 KW small wind generator, which with the adoption of the current advanced domestic and international style and technology can achieve a high “cost-effectiveness” and has a certain extent of market competitiveness. In form, blades are the core of the wind generator, and according to the rotation axis direction, wind operators are divided into two types: the horizontal-axis type and the vertical-axis type. The impeller of the horizontal-axis type is needed to adjust its position when the wind direction changes, and we have to consider the balancing problem of the large impeller; while that of the vertical-axis type neednt change its position when the wind direction does, and has no balancing problem of the impeller, furthermore, its design is more simpler. The only problem is that the system extracting wind energy coefficient is low, which means with the same generating capacity the blades should be larger.The design adopts the three-blade horizontal axis form, and the blade is made with high-strength, low-weight popular GRP, thus it has the characteristics of anti-sepsis, anti- acid rain and anti- salinity. Wind generators employ Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet generator, which has large overloading capacity and a small, light and efficient motor. Yaw adopts automatic tail wind regulation, in this way it can manipulate the wind freely and enhance the efficiency in receiving the wind. Automatic unilateral speed limiting is used to protect the generator. As for the charging mode, here the design uses the smart charger control. And the tower employs guy cable steel tube, with relative small floor 五邑大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)IIIspace, low demand for land, feasibility on hills, by the sea shores and river banks, and on the deserts.This 5KW small wind generator described in this paper is stable and reliable. The material used in the blade and the permanent magnet material used in the generator are waterproof and anti-rust.
