摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)分為兩部分,即一般部分和專題部分。
本設(shè)計(jì)為神東煤炭集團(tuán)石圪臺煤礦10Mt/a的新井設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)在石圪臺煤礦所收集來的地質(zhì)條件,本設(shè)計(jì)主要是關(guān)于新礦井的建設(shè),其中包括了井田開拓、采區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)、采煤工藝、通風(fēng)安全等方面的設(shè)計(jì)。本礦井傾斜長度約為7.8km,走向長約為10.2km,在本井田內(nèi)共有2層煤,且全部為厚層,平均厚度為5.8m,煤層平均傾角為3°。本井田內(nèi)可采儲量為872.11Mt,服務(wù)年限為87a。井田內(nèi)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造簡單,煤層傾角平緩,賦存穩(wěn)定,具有埋藏淺,易開采的優(yōu)勢。煤炭品種為中高發(fā)熱量的不粘煤和長焰煤,主采煤層煤質(zhì)優(yōu)良,具有特低灰、特低硫和低磷化學(xué)反應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、熱穩(wěn)定好的特點(diǎn),是良好的動力、氣化、化工和民用煤。本設(shè)計(jì)采用雙斜井——回風(fēng)立井單水平集中綜合開拓,大巷采用帶寬為1600mm的膠帶輸送機(jī)運(yùn)輸,輔助運(yùn)輸采用先進(jìn)的無軌膠輪車運(yùn)輸。采煤方法為傾向長壁采煤法,采煤工藝為綜合機(jī)械化一次采全高采煤法,采空區(qū)處理方法為全部垮落法。
本設(shè)計(jì)通過多方案比較和綜合技術(shù)比較以及相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)比較優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),其中開拓方案的比較,以大量的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)來核算,以便使設(shè)計(jì)更加合理。同時(shí)在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,結(jié)合了礦井的地質(zhì)情況、煤層的受力等情況以及國內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對傾斜長壁綜放面傾斜長度及走向長度的合理確定進(jìn)行了理論分析,這樣使建成的礦井更加與實(shí)際相符。
通過本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),使我學(xué)到更多的采礦專業(yè)知識,加深了我對所學(xué)專業(yè)知識的理解和認(rèn)識。更重要的是,通過做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)也培養(yǎng)了我們個(gè)人在實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的真實(shí)能力,培養(yǎng)我們實(shí)事求是的科學(xué)態(tài)度和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ髯黠L(fēng),為將來在工中更好的發(fā)揮自己的能力奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
由于本人所學(xué)到的知識有限,所以在設(shè)計(jì)中難免出現(xiàn)些錯(cuò)誤,請各位老師、同學(xué)們給予批評指正。
Abstract
This design contains two parts: the general part, the subject par.
The general part is a new design of Shigetai Mine.It has ten chapters: the outline of the mine and the mine filed geology, boundary and reserves, the designed productive capacity and service life and working area, transportation of underground, mine lifting, mine ventilation and safety, and the economic and technologic index of the mine.
The Shigetai 1st mine filed lies in the Yulin city of Shannxi province- The boundary of the mine filed runs 10.2 km from west to east and 7.8 km from north to south on average- The total area of the mine is about 72.8km2.There are two available seams: 4#,5#, in which the 4# coal bed is the main mining coal bed-The coal bed preserves stably, average thickness 5-6 meters- The inclination angle is equally 3°, is the approximately level and specially thick coal bed- The industry reserves of the mine filed are 1207 million tons and the useable reserves are 872.11 million tons. The average flow of the mine is from 150 m3/h. It is a low gassy mine.he coal dust doesn’t have explosion hazard, and the seam has self-combustion tendency.
The productive capacity of Shigetai 1st mine is 10million tons per year, and it’s service life is 87 years. Uses the double inclined shafts development type.The coal minning method is fully mechanized mining to the strike with sublevel caving in inclined coal seam.The mine use a single integrated mechanized longwall caving mining method.
There is only one working face in the mine.The length of the face is 360 m.Coal is transported by the 1600mm belt conveyor.The method of mine ventilation in this shift centralized ventilation.
During the design process, combined with the geological condition of the mine, coal and other forces, as well as advanced experience both at home and abroad to tilt fully mechanized caving longwall face length and tilt towards the reasonable determination of the length of the theoretical analysis, thus the completion of the mine more and the actual match.
